2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the orders dated 15.04.2019 and 12.04.2019 passed by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.16548 of 2019 dt.27-08-2019 2/3 Magistrates, Patna and Gaya whereby the benefit in terms of Finance Department Memo No. 3562 dated 10.04.2019 has not been given to them. Both the respondents viz. the District Magistrates Patna and Gaya have been represented by the petitioners but no order has been passed on such representations.

3. This Court therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners, directs them to prefer a fresh representation before the concerned respondents viz. District Magistrate, Patna and Gaya (respondents no. 5 and 6) within a period of two weeks, detailing the reasons why they ought to be given the benefits under the Finance Department Memo dated 10.04.2019, who, on receipt of such representation shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter. Needless to say that if the claim of the petitioners are found to be tenable, necessary sequel orders shall also be passed within the aforesaid timeline.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
