The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54265 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2022 and has antecedent of four cases and allegation is of recovery of 60 litres of liquor from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that nothing was recovered from his conscious possession.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 347 of 2022.
