This is a case registered under Sections 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that a case was registered by Sharmila Devi, wife of Ganesh Yadav, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 228 of 2016 dated 01.12.2016 under Sections 307, 379 and other Sections of Indian Penal Code. Further submission is that from perusal of the injury report (Annexure-3), it is apparent that the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Injuries have also found one of the co-accused Shashikant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23339 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 Kumar, which is Annexure 2/1.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has stated in paragraph-12 of this petition, he is a student of B.A. Part-II, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 231 of 2016.
