The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 registered under Sections 376 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made in the first information report by the informant, a girl aged 14 years, that the petitioners ravished her, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
