S. Case No. 306 of 2014 dated 10.12.2014 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
I have perused the FIR as contained in Annexure- 1 to the present application. The allegations made in the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.541 of 2015 dt.01-02-2016 2/2 FIR do attract the ingredients of the offence alleged. 3.
