No. 16026 of 2022. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the main bail petition the father's name and address has been wrongly typed as son of Arjun Rajbansi, resident of village Bishunpur, P.S. Govindpur, District Nawada in place of son of Bhramdev Rajbansi, resident of village Hemja Bharat, P.S. Sirdalla, District Nawada and due to said reason, the same mistake has occurred in order dated 22.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16026 of 2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57114 of 2022(3) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 Accordingly, in order dated 22.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16026 of 2022 in place of son of Arjun Rajbansi, resident of village Bishunpur, P.S. Govindpur, District Nawada, it be read as son of Bhramdev Rajbansi and resident of village Hemja Bharat, P.S. Sirdalla, District Nawada. In the aforesaid manner, the modification petition stands allowed and order dated 22.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16026 of 2022 stands modified to the extent stated above. Let this order be communicated to the Court of A.D.J. - II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 510 of 2020.
