The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 413, 414, 465 and 477 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended with two stolen motorcycle and four number plates.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion and no stolen motorcycle has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 171 of 2021.
