2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the letter no. 1280 dated 18.06.2011 issued by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Rohtas at Sasaram contained in Annexure-1.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the Certificate case bearing case no. 02/11-12 issued by Certificate Officer, Bikramganj (Rohtas).

(iii) For grant of such other relief(s), the petitioners

From bare perusal of the averments made in the writ petition it appears that the petitioner has not filed any objection petition under Section 9 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act (for short, "PDR Act") before the Certificate Officer and has straightway approached this Court. As such, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Certificate Officer, Bikramganj, Rohtas, (Respondent No. 6) with an appropriate objection petition under Section 9 of the PDR Act within a period of three weeks from today for redressal of his grievances.
