The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.69/2017 registered under Sections 366, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Traffic Act. The informant alleged that the petitioner Komal @ Kumli Devi and Anpurna Devi took her to Hariyana for the purpose of marriage. They sold the informant to a person on Rs.1, 30, 000/- but the informant did not marry. The accused snatched the ornaments from the possession of her mother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim did not support her version in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Similarly situated co-accused Anapurna Devi has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29496 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 25.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25324 of 2018. Having regard to the facts that the victim did not support her case in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and similarly situated co-accused Anapurna Devi has already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.69 of 2017, File No. 13327 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
