1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case no. 313 of 2019 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The earlier application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.7.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 37742 of 2020.

4. After having made his submissions at length and having heard the observations of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant application and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

5. This application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. The petitioner will surrender in the learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61327 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 below within a period of four weeks.
