2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 74, 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant came to her matrimonial house, co-accused Urmila Kunwar and Pinki Kunwar started abusing her and this petitioner assaulted on her head with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law (nsoj) of informant and due to property dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 383 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
