The writ application is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Regional Deputy Director of Education with regard to her grievance, who will take a decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of such an application. It will be open to the RDDE to verify all the facts relating to the educational qualification, the teaching, enrollment etc.,
