JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is accused in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is only order giver and the assailant of the injured are Prabhash kuamr Singh and Saket Singh. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23144 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
