Manpurwa (Group No. 3), within Sikrahana

Patna High Court CWJC No.13924 of 2013 dt.28-08-2018 2/2 Tatbandh Division, Motihari, District East Champaran pursuant to agreement no. 4F2/2011-12, dated 25.01.2012 executed by the Executive Engineer, Sikrahana Tatbandh Division, Motihari (Respondent No. 5) and remaining 1,50,000/- is relating to the additional work taken by the respondents authorities and well admitted in the measurement book.

(b) For any such other relief/reliefs as the petitioner may be entitled to."

2. Mr. Ranjeet Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of this writ petition and hence, the same need not pressed.
