Petitioner seeks bail in Salimpur P.S. Case No.76 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police got information that firing is taking place in Barat. The police reached the place of occurrence and found one person was entering into Dalan of Ram Jeevan Yadav. The police arrested the petitioner, who disclosed his name as petitioner. One loaded country made rifle and 15 cartridges were recovered from his possession. He disclosed that the rifle belongs to Dharam Singh, which is used in Barat.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.76 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
