The Court was inclined to impose exemplary cost on the petitioner looking at the nature of the litigation which has been dragged on not only for many years but travelled right up till the Hon`ble Apex Court.
However, on an earnest plea of the counsel of the petitioner that he would like to withdraw the writ application, the Court
Patna High Court CWJC No.304 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 permits so with caution and warning to the petitioner in this regard because judicial proceeding is not a game to be played according to the convenience of a litigant.
