JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2017 It appears from perusal of the record of Cr.Misc.No. 17746 of 2017 that the case stood dismissed due to noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 27.4.2017. However, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to misunderstanding the order could not be complied with within the time granted and requisites have been filed after expiry of the peremptory time and it is prayed that the aforesaid case may be restored to its original file and number and accepted the requisites.
In view of above submission, Cr.Misc.No.17746 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original file and office is directed to accept the requisites as valid compliance of the order and issue notices as per direction earlier.
Accordingly, this application is allowed.
