Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit, vide order dated 16.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5303 of 2017. Now after two years, the second anticipatory bail application has been filed. Petitioner happens to be husband and there is allegation against the petitioner of solemnizing second marriage and also there are other allegations against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P.

In view of the facts as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58308 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 petitioner surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail.
