2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Dispute about possession of land led to this occurrence, in which, it is alleged that this petitioner assaulted son of informant with Farsa causing injury on his head. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Police, after investigation, submitted final form. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
