This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in confessional statement of co-accused Chunchun Kumar Yadav.

Submission of the petitioner is that he is in custody since 20.03.2017, however, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade and nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
