JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 352 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is father-in-law of the deceased. The husband is already in custody. He has no concern with the affairs between husband and the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 17.1.2017. From the written report it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
