In compliance of the order dated 07.12.2016, a show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 is being filed by the learned GP 14, which is taken on the record. In view of the averments made in the aforesaid show cause as also the orders, as contained in Annexures A and B, this Court is satisfied that the order of the writ Court has been complied with and no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt is made out. Accordingly, the present MJC application is dismissed.

However, if the consequential benefits have not be given to the petitioner, then the same must be paid to him without any unnecessary delay.
