The petitioner seeks bail in Bithan P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant suspects this petitioner to have killed his wife, as he was having illicit relation with the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence and save & except suspicion, there is no other material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.08.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 1, Rosera, District - Samastipur in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021.
