Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.244 of 2022 dated 08.05.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 420, 406 and 34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
