JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 10 litres country made liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No. 274/2017, arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 38/2017.
