The question of constitution of a regular Managing Committee will also be taken up by the Bihar School Examination Board and if this petitioner has any objection or anything to contribute with regard to inclusion of certain people who are charged with defalcation etc. of the college funds, the Chairman of the Examination Board has an obligation to ensure that such controversial people are
