JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.93 of 2017 for the offence under Section 188 and 290 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2017. In para-03 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that she has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur or his successor Court in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 93
