For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sunil Prasad For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Chandrasen Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, rather petitioners to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
