JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed way back in the year 2010, for directing the respondents to send the petitioner for training since she claims to have been selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Centre No. 69 situated at Harpurwa. The learned counsel for the respondents referring to the counter affidavit, has submitted that the petitioner was sent for training and a certificate regarding training has also been issued by the Principal of the Training Centre whereafter the petitioner was duly appointed by the Child Development Project Officer, Bajpatti

Patna High Court CWJC No.17467 of 2010 (6) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 Block, District-Sitamarhi for discharging her duties as Anganwari Sevika at the aforesaid centre, hence the present writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
