Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that two counter affidavits have been filed on behalf of the respondent-State authorities yet the GPF amount has been partly paid and the medical reimbursement has not yet been paid to the petitioner nor the services of the late husband of the petitioner has been regularized for the period from 3.2.2001 to 5.1.2002 as sought by the office of the Accountant General by its letter dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.10652 of 2014 (2) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 21.2.2011 although the late husband of the petitioner while in service died on 20.12.2009 while posted as Assistant Director, Social Security Koshang, Munger.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that the remaining post retiral dues are paid to the petitioner/competent heirs within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In this regard whatever papers and documents has been sought by the respondents as per the statements made in the counter affidavit, must be supplied by the petitioner to the concerned respondents within a period of four weeks from today.
