The petitioner seeks payment of arrears of salary and death-cum-retiral benefits of the petitioner's deceased husband. This writ petition is disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner files a representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (Respondent No. 2) within four weeks from today, he shall take a decision thereon within four weeks thereafter.
