It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of village of the petitioner has wrongly been typed in the main bail petition 'Dhangaraha Khajuriya' in place of Rampur and so in the order.

The order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60467/2021 is modified to the extent that the name of village of the petitioner shall be read as 'Rampur' subject to deposit of Rs. 2,000/- in the victim compensation fund.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
