2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent-authority to issue license of Fair Price Shop under the Public Distribution System in the name of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an application for grant of PDS licence on 18.03.2015 (Annexure-2) but the same remains pending with the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar Madhubani.

4. Learned counsel for the State appears and has been heard. Despite the writ petition having been filed in the year 2015 after serving a copy of the writ petition along with its annexures upon

In the above view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar Madhubani (Respondent no. 3) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2015 (Annexure-2) in accordance with law expeditiously. I.A. No. 8387 of 2015 also stands disposed of.
