Having considered the entire documents annexed by the petitioners and also the earlier affidavit sworn by the petitioners in M.J.C. No.5653 of 2012, which was permitted to be withdrawn, in which Petitioner No.2 has claimed to be Asha Devi @ Devata Devi, I am not inclined to consider the affidavit filed by the petitioner in this interlocutory application. I.A. No.5340 of 2017 thus stands dismissed.
