It has been candidly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that although he had genuine grievance against the State, with the passage of time and lapse of lease, the same
Patna High Court CWJC No.16570 of 2019(3) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 has become infructuous.
He, however, submits that he must be given liberty to agitate the matter against the State officials who failed to act in accordance with law in time.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before an appropriate forum, as he deems fit and proper.
