Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. There is specific allegation that petitioner and his associate made firing on a shopkeeper when their demand of extortion was not fulfilled.

Petitioner carries chequered criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case no. 360/2015 pending in the court of Smt. Aaditi Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna stands rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
