This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Jogendra Rajak, who has already been granted regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 46796 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid factual position, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 75 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court.
