2. The petitioner seeks regualr bail in a case registered for the offence punihable under Sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1- b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other accused persons, surrounded informant while he was returning to his house on motorcycle, abused him and opened fire upon him, causing head injury .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63211 of 2024(3) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 petition and submits that there is specific accusation against this petitioner that he fired upon informant causing injury on his chest and hand and this petitioner has got 17 criminal antecedents in which most of them are of similar nature .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of petitioner and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
