This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the order, dated 09.01.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51676 of 2016 whereby prayer for regular bail of co-accused, Deepak Kumar, was allowed by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Allegation against the petitioner is on better footing to Deepak Kumar.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, West Champaran at Bettiah, or successor Court.
