====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all FIR named co-accused persons along with this petitioner tortured and harassed the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Petitioner is unmarried sister-in-law of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and had falsely been implicated in this case. She is separate in mess and property and is not concerned with the family affairs of the informant and her husband. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.57785 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Mahila P. S. Case No. 21 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
