JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is that in their place, some other persons had appeared in competitive examination.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners are in jail custody since 15.05.2016 and having similar allegation, co-accused, Ajit Kumar and some others have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact
