It has been submitted on behalf of respondent no.5 i.e. the National Council for Teacher Education, that the issues relating to the present case have already been decided by the order passed by this court in C.W.J.C. No. 1938 of 2012 dated 10.02.2012. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert the same.

Therefore, the present writ application stands disposed of, in terms of the order dated 10.02.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1938 of 2012.
