The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2020 registered under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against her. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63834 of 2022(2) dt.10-01-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
