The prayer made is for construction of a suitable drainage for discharge of water from the area of Madhubani Stadium and to ensure that the Stadium is kept in good maintenance by providing play grounds, walking path and so on and so forth.

2. The prayers made in the writ petition cannot be precipitated by a judicial order and we find no reason to entertain the Public Interest Litigation. However, this would not restrict the consideration by the State Authorities, which again is a policy decision on which, we refuse to issue any direction.

3. The writ petition stands closed.
