This is a case registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of paragraph 4 of the petition dated 07.04.2017 filed by the informant of the instant case it is obvious that he has clearly expressed that the FIR has been lodged after some confusion and mistake. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case and he is in jail custody since 02.04.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30136 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017.
