2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 04.10.2021 passed in B.P. No. 479 B of 2021, arising out of Mahila Bagaha P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
