2 Petitioners have sought quashing of an order dated 23.10.2013/02.11.2013 passed by the Deputy Director, Patna Division, Patna in Anganbari Appeal No 10 of 2012 directing reinstatement of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika by the names of Kumari Sunita and Asha Devi respectively.

3 From perusal of the writ petition, I find that there is no averment made in the entire writ petition connecting the said order

Patna High Court CWJC No.10946 of 2014 dt.29-11-2017 2/2 with the petitioners. No ground whatsoever has been made out for challenging the said order passed in favour of Kumari Sunita, Sevika and Asha Devi, Sahayika.

4 The writ petition is misconceived and is dismissed accordingly.
