Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 409, 419, 469, 471, 472, 474 and 477(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was working as clerk in the Nazarat of Collectoriat, Buxar and allegedly, he defalcated huge government money and got deposited the said money in his account which prima facie, appears to be corroborated from perusal of para 46 of the case diary.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as seriousness of the allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case no. 181/2016 pending in the court of the Special Judge, Vigilance I, Patna stands rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
