JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The instant writ application was filed with two advance copies to the office of Advocate General dated 9.7.2015. Even after, expiry of more than three years no counter affidavit has been filed.

The present writ application was filed by the petitioner for implementation of the office order contained in Annexure-6 dated 27.10.2014. Unfortunately, neither counter affidavit was filed nor grievance of the petitioner has been redressed notwithstanding the office order issued by the District Progamme Officer(Establishment), Nawada.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada is hereby directed

Patna High Court CWJC No.10797 of 2015(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 to see that Annexure-6 is implemented in its letter and spirit within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada is required to ensure consequential benefits including the fixation of pension in the light of the benefit granted to the petitioner vide Annexure-6. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
