2. The petitioner, who is a Panchayat Primary Teacher at U.M.S., Chotan Rampur, Baroli, Gopalganj, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to pay the arrears of salary from January, 2024 to July, 2024 and also to pay monthly salary. The petitioner has also challenged the Memo No. 193 dated 18.01.2024 and Memo No. 1873 dated 16.07.2024, issued by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj and Block Development Officer-cum-Secretary, Block Education Niyojan Unit Block, Baroli, Gopalganj respectively, whereby, the petitioner has been asked to show-cause as to why his
Patna High Court CWJC No.13354 of 2024 dt.05-09-2024 2/2 service shall not be terminated on the ground that caste certificate submitted by him at the time of appointment as Primary Panchayat Teacher is from the State of Uttar Pradesh, which is not recognized in the State of Bihar for providing employment as a Panchayat Teacher.

Since the petitioner is a Panchayat teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
